BizTimes Milwaukee recently took a tour of the Brewhouse Inn & Suites, the new 90-room hotel that opened recently at 1215 N. 10th St. in the former Pabst brewery complex in downtown Milwaukee.
The independent, boutique hotel was developed by Oregon, Wis.-based Gorman & Company.
The suites were designed with amenities for extended stays. The hotel, built in the former Pabst Brew House building, also features six copper kettles where Pabst beer was made and a stained glass window of King Gambrinus, the unofficial patron saint of beer and brewing. The hotel also has a restaurant, Jackson’s Blue Ribbon Pub.
